Ladies and gentlemen, what does this suggest? I have investigated what is the expense for a professional liability, legal malpractice policy and it is not that expensive. In fact, insurers and underwriters offer discounts to up start attorneys and law firms. Therefore what does this suggest? Incompetence? Under-capitalization?
