Anthony R. Friedman, attorney Missouri Bar Number #65531 acting as lead counsel advised that a mediated settlement agreement conference may be in my best interest. However, prepare yourself for what follows…..

I am going to give you some unique insight into the attorney client relationship of Friedman and Pepper.
It was a complete inversion of power dynamics –
An attorney who betrayed the cause and complaint of his client, a client who was unsophisticated with regard to jurisprudence and civil procedure who Friedman himself, cast him to be his enemy.
One week prior to his departure from the law firm whereat he was employed Friedman scheduled a mediated settlement agreement conference that was in fact, an ambush upon the client to compel a settlement so that he may receive compensation for three and a half years of litigation prior to his departure and not in the best interests of the client who he attempted to make an unwitting victim.
The mediated settlement agreement was an absolute failure. The client was unprepared for mediation and we entered into mediation with no expert witness, no case theory. neither a strategy nor leverage to negotiate with. Friedman went so far (and I state this as a matter of fact) that Friedman shared privileged information with opposing counsel contained in an email that I sent to him dated June 26, 2023 during a break in the midst of the conference while I waited alone, patiently for approximately twenty minutes for his return.
Yet, the client departed the conference with a personal victory and being glorified having his integrity intact while he left the attorney standing there, in the conference room of the law firm, obviously distraught, holding his dick in one hand and his motion to withdraw representation in the other.
Below is the contents of an email I sent to Friedman post mediation. It seems to be in striking contrast to the statement I made above, and indeed it is. My victory was that I was not going to be intimidated to accept a nuisance value offer for my claim without fully understanding all of the case dynamics. (There was absolutely none shared to me by Friedman.) My contempt toward him developed after further consideration of what he was attempting to do to me and my one opportunity for compensation after waiting patiently and without interference for three and a half years.
At the time of the writing of the email I myself was not hostile towards Friedman though he was hostile towards me.
Listen to the language and my salutation. – I stated to Friedman now knowing of his departure and he likened his departure to me, as one being on the “heroes journey”. At that moment I didn’t even care about the case. I stated to him that his personal “individuation” and “self actualization” was more important to me than his representation. – These were the sentiments of a man who Friedman regarded as his enemy.

It is quickly approaching the July fourth celebration in downtown St. Louis and I wondered if the suite that Simon Law Firm occupies afforded a good vantage point for the display.
With regard to the business of Pepper v Gelfand I would like to advise you at this time that I demand to be present during the deposition of my expert witness. I require the date, place and time of when the deposition is to be conducted.
With regard to your departure from Simon Law Firm — I want you to know with all sincerity that “your journey”, your self actualization, perhaps even the realization of “oneness” with Hashem, the “oneness” that I myself enjoy you also may find and is of more importance to me than your personal representation of my case.
That being said, can you please advise me of the date of your departure from Simon Law Firm and if a decision has been made as to who in the firm the case will be turned over to for continuance of representation.
With regard to the mediation. I found the process absolutely delightful and quite insightful. I found every aspect and the conduct of the participants quite remarkable. Were there any element(s) of the mediation that you considered to be remarkable? If so, please advise.

The conclusion ladies and gentlemen is that the one, who I considered to be my guide. The one into whose hands I deposited my trust. He was the one who became my very adversary. It was one of the most remarkable, unprovoked acts of betrayal I had ever experienced in my life.
May this testimony serve as the explanation and justification of my continual public advocacy unabeted, with regard to Friedman in particular, any and all attorneys who would exploit their clients naivete.
As for the attorney, my nemesis, who made himself my adversary, he cannot mount a credible deterrent that would prohibit me from my citizen journalism modality as I proceed. In fact, he tried, on more than one occasion even going so far as an attempt to weaponize law enforcement against me. That too was a failure. All of it I experience in a state of repose knowing that it is in fact, a part of the “heroes journey”.
